If you have the part number and the price, you can place the order immediately. If you need to purchase a part, but you do not have the part number, please provide us with the following information:
Your name, department, company's name, location, phone, fax, email and mail address.
The manufacturer of the system, the system type, the serial number and, if available, the approximate date of installation.
Urgency of the order (e.g. system shut down & red alert or regular stock order)
Specify the required transportation, e.g. "overnight", "next day", "24hours".
