The Probe Card Center in Dresden offers customer specific solutions, design and layouts for dedicated Probe Cards in epoxy-canti-lever and blade technology, from standard up to 40 Giga.
htt is manufacturing more than 3500 Probe Cards each year, mainly in epoxy technology. The 750sqm production area in Dresden includes 160sqm of class 10,000 clean room. For manufacturing htt Dresden is using modern equipment from advanced suppliers, i.e. API, but as well as special home built equipment like automatic X-Y-Coordinate system, multiple needle-bent-construction and many others.
The htt Dresden warehouse is able to supply off-shelf hundreds of different types of blank boards, needles, edge sensors, connectors, inker, micro-manipulators with probe arms and probes, probe card containers, probes in tungsten, paliney, berillium cupper in straight or bent at various lengths and thicknesses, rings, terminal pins, plugs and other materials.
The htt staff has a profound technical background and offers more than 20 years of experience manufacturing probe cards to more than 200 leading semiconductor manufacturers in Europe, USA and Asia.
