htt offers pre- and aftersales support, maintenance and application from its headquarter in Munich, its branch office in Dresden with own Probe Card Production and service from its location in Portugal.
In 1992, htt dresden began to manufacture and to repair probecards for iinternational customers worldwide.
Together with its partners STI France for Southern Europe and GTL UK for Northern Europe, htt co-founded the European Business Team (EBT) in 1993 to improve support for all of Europe. The EBT offers uniform service throughout all of Europe. The shared
expertise and pooled experience ensure that all European customers and worldwide suppliers receive the most competent sales, service, and applications available for the semiconductor industry in Europe.
In 2002 the service center (ESC) for FormFactor probe cards began his operation in Dresden. htt specialists in Dresden repair, clean, calibrate, test and support the advanced FormFactor MEMS probe cards in a class 10,000 cleanroom.
In 2003, htt started its service facility in Porto to locally support Portuguese Semiconductor manufacturers.
As of July 2010, a total of 26 people work for htt: 16 out of Munich, 1 in Portugal and 9 in the Dresden branch office. In total, 5 employees work in service/maintenance/applications, 9 are building probe cards, 7 are in sales and 5 are in the administration.

We offer complete service, maintenance, training and spare parts supply as well as high quality refurbished surplus equipment.
For testing, we design, supply and service probe cards from our own facility in Dresden, Germany, as well as cards from external suppliers. Please also make use of our CE certification service for compliance to the specifications and laws of the European Community for production equipment.
